That is what I call my hairdresser..You take whatever appt she gives you,wait as long as it takes,accept the color and style she chooses and be sure to smile about it because she is in big demand and if she doesn't think you appreciate her or trust her judgement she won't give you any more appts.The nazi can always make you so glad you came.
